Directors and casting agents have long made the mistake of casting cisgender actors to play the role of trans characters, both stripping the work of potential authenticity, as well as, displacing the economic resources that should be poured into the lives of trans artists.

This film tackles the epidemic of transphobic violence and the silence around the murders of trans women.
A group of twenty-somethings circle around a stoop and share a joint when one of them gets lost in the mystery and beauty of the urban sidewalk. A mosaic of stories emerge.
